We are located only two blocks away from the international border. The best option is to leave your car parked on one of the many available parking lots in the U.S. and walk over into Mexico. This will ensure that your car remains secure while you are away and will save you time when it’s time to cross back to the U.S.

After you cross into Mexico, you will walk through the pharmacy aisle, walk straight ahead until you reach Campillo Street, take a right, going west, and walk two blocks until you reach the Irazola Building in which we are located. A good reference point to finding our building is that it is situated right in front of the tallest building in town, a hotel/restaurant called Fray Marcos Hotel. Our office is on the third floor.

For patient convenience we accept personal checks and credit cards. In most cases we help our patients by dividing total amount on their estimates into as many appointments as are required to finish their treatment. This way patients will have the opportunity of making payments every time they have an appointment until the end of their treatment.

We do accept dental insurance, however, payment for treatment is due in full at the time of your visit. We will help you file the claim to your insurance, so that they can reimburse you the money directly. First, you must make sure your insurance accepts a Mexican Dentist License. If they do, you must obtain a claim form from your insurance provider and bring it with you to your dental appointment. We will help you complete the form so that it can be mailed to your insurance provider and get your money reimbursed.

Yes, we can. If you feel more comfortable having someone wait for you on the Mexican side of the border, let us know in advance, and we will have an employee wait for you at a set a time to walk you over to your appointment.

If you have the need of a wheelchair, we can send one of our friendly employees to the parking lot of your convenience to escort you to and from your appointment.
